The Customer Care Center Message Center provides a secure way to communicate sensitive and confidential information via e-mail. We'll reply with a link to your Message Center Inbox, where you log in and retrieve confidential responses.

Why should I register for the Customer Care Center?

Horace Mann's Customer Care Center provides a secure environment to access your Horace Mann account and to communicate via e-mail with our Customer Care Center representatives regarding service on your account or questions you may have.

We continue to expand the services offered via the Customer Care Center with the goal of allowing you the option to either maintain your account online or call one of our friendly Customer Care Center representatives for assistance. At Horace Mann, we believe the customer should have the option on how to work with us.

Services available via the Customer Care Center include:

  • Online coverage for auto and property;
  • Billing information*;
  • Online payment for auto, property and Liability Plus;
  • Claim status for auto and property;
  • Multiple annuity transaction opportunities, including:
    • Transfers
    • Allocation changes
    • Dollar-cost averaging
    • Beneficiary changes
*Billing information and online payment is not available for all lines of business.
